Tell us the type of talent you require.

What sort of talent is required? What technology do you use? What specific skills do you require? Please describe your needs in as much detail as possible when posting a job. Codersera manage it, whether a single freelancer or a ten-person cross-functional team. After receiving the job description, our internal team of specialists will analyse it and get in touch with you to address any concerns you may have and to further understand your precise requirements.

We'll discover your ideal match.

Within a few days, we'll send you a progress update about your request. Someone in our network is available right away to start working with you. As soon as the screening procedure is through, we will let you know about the individual who is being considered since their qualifications match yours. Our team will make every effort to find a match for your request as we do not presently have one.

They are now a member of your team.

Your Coders will be introduced to you, and as soon as you give the order to work, they will ramp up and get to work. They'll be prepared to join your team as soon as you examine and approve our recommended freelancer(s), just like an in-house employee would be. It is possible to have Codersera talent on-site even though they often work remotely

Work with them Risk free

After a trial period of working with a Coder, if you're not completely satisfied, we'll start the procedure over at no extra charge. Companies can work with our talent first during our no-risk trial period before choosing whether they are completely confident in moving forward. You will not be responsible for any payments if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with a Coder you have been partnered with. Instead, we can choose to part ways or resume the cycle with you at no additional expense.

    Collecting Diverse Resumes/Collecting Resumes

    A filtering process is applied to the resume depending on a number of factors. We make it easy for you to focus on shortlisting the finest in days, not weeks, with Codesera.

  2. Step 02

    Eligible candidates will be subjected to a video interview and a skill test.

    Developers use Silicon Valley-caliber technical and behavioural evaluations to interview senior engineers at prominent organisations.

    Test Projects

    Each candidate is assigned a test project to evaluate whether they can "walk the walk." Test projects take 1-3 weeks are comprehensive and provide real-world scenarios for candidates to demonstrate their competence, thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity.
