We welcome everyone who wants to work with us. To begin with, you need to fill an introductory form in which you would be required to fill your basic information like Name, Country of residence, expertise and other details. That’s it! You are good to go afterwards, as per the instructions.

How is your trial policy risk-free?

We believe in ensuring that our clients are free from any uncertainties, so we provide a one week trial period free of cost in which the clients can test our experts for themselves. If satisfied with our work they can continue the development process, else leave it after 1-week risk-free period. No loss of Money!

How is your screening & testing process different from other platforms?

The screening process at Codersera focuses on filtering out the best applicant amongst the candidates by a 5-tier rigorous screening process:
1. Resume Filtering- The resume goes through filtering on various parameters.
2. Video interview- The candidate goes through a personality review round and is evaluated on communication skills and personality tests.
3. Coding Tests- Then the candidate is sent the online coding questions which the candidate is supposed to solve being online under 90 minutes. This tests the coding skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Live Screening- Similar to the previous round except in this, a live Codersera expert is there to judge and assist you while you’re solving the problem.
5. Test Project- In this round, the candidate is provided with a project, quite similar to a real-life project where he is expected to prepare a full-stack application similar to real-time client requirement in 1-2 weeks. This stage is quite tough as only 1% of applicants get past through this stage.
